    He has poor burst range, and dash attack isn't safe, so make them WORK for getting into your face. Of course, don't touch his shield, its a massive bait, he'll just combo you to heavens highway. Do not get impatient with neutral b at ledge, it will eventually have a window, which is worth waiting for, it is pretty laggy. if you have a projectile you REALLY want to use, bait out bucket, and then punish the lag that it brings.
