She's got slow air speed, with bad landing options and an exploitable recovery if she can't tether. Also from what I've learned, don't try to parry charge shot. Its safe on shield anyway, so don't risk being flashy for being hit. If you have a decent ranged move, you can bait OoS upb for a good punish.
