Ban Final destination, platforms are really important as they give you extra places to land in disadvantage and force luigi to either waveland on the platform (his is very good, but he is still taking the time to be in your face and you have a frame advantage if you aren't stuck in shield or committing to anything. 2. If your in range of one of his prime kill confirms (the 0 to death, down throw into up b and up tilt into up b) do not be afraid to purposefully take damage from a fireball if there is no pressure behind it (not actively near it/doesn't have time to rip a grab or dash attack and it connecting). This makes surviving against luigi a little bit easier, However never take this as a guarranteed survive method, as he still is a touch of death character that continues to become optimized.
